Who we are

With over 25 years of fitness training and nutrition expertise, I am a passionate and committed personal trainer based in Pittsburgh. My journey began in natural bodybuilding and has led me through diverse roles and experiences, including professional cage fighting and training individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. These experiences have taught me the importance of adaptability, discipline, and the value of personalized coaching, which I now bring to my clients, especially those balancing busy professional lives.

Today, my focus is on helping executives and CEOs in their 30s to 60s build and maintain sustainable health habits. Whether it’s reducing body fat, improving strength, or developing lasting nutritional routines, my goal is to meet clients where they are and create manageable, effective fitness plans tailored to their needs. My work includes in-person and online coaching to make reaching fitness goals possible even for the busiest individuals.

Beyond one-on-one coaching, I am involved with Carnegie Mellon University, where I teach fitness classes and provide training support for students and athletes. I lead engaging boxing and full-body workout classes and help students create personalized fitness routines. Working with this younger population has taught me new ways to inspire motivation and resilience.

I also have partnerships with high-quality supplement providers like Project One and Swiss Chem, which allow me to offer clients safe, effective options to support their health journeys. These partnerships enable me to recommend only the best products to complement my clients’ fitness goals.

When I’m not training, you can find me with my four daughters, who are a constant source of energy and inspiration. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and find new ways to empower my clients to reach their highest potential.
